Recent Work
The Ark
An in-depth look at one of my current projects The Ark.
The Ark is a First Person Sci Fi Horror game based loosely on the H.P. Lovecraft short story The Dunwich Horror and is currently being developed in collaboration with programmer Daniel Pratt using Unity and FMOD. This clip focuses on the claustrophobic ambient audio that not only sets the scene for the horror of the game but also works in tandem with specific game mechanics relating to player health and sanity.
Morality is a Construct
A short video showcasing the audio I designed for a game jam project.
Morality is a Construct is a game I made in Unity and FMOD over a 48 hour period with some friends for a game jam. In the game you play as a deity watching over a prehistoric environment full of infected and healthy dinosaurs. You have the choice of healing the sick, hatching new dinosaurs or wiping them out in a variety of different ways. At the end you receive a score depending on which path you choose.
This video gives examples of the different elements of the games audio, talks a little bit about how they were designed, some of the challenges I faced during development and how I worked past them.
Game Jam Compilation
A short compilation of the last few games I’ve collaborated with other developers on at game jams.
